I believe i would best fit the position for moderator, because i'm loyal. I'm extremely loyal to any/every rsps i play, and i would like to make it a better environment/community. I would love to prove myself on the server, and even become a Trial-Mod. I live in the U.S. so my english is fluent, my grammar is exceptional, and i belive i'm the right choice for you.
5: have you advertised and voted everyday? I haven't yet, i've been experiencing client related issues, but i will get the word out for the server advertising through sites, ect.
6: are you active on forums and game? how long per day? I'm a very active player, though i just started, on every server i play.

7. anything else you would like to add feel free to! I'm 17, very mature and i would love to prove myself on staff.
